AgroTerra presents farmers with the results of field trials

AgroTerra Group of Companies conducts Field tours for farmers for the second year in a row. In July, more than 20 crop growers from different regions visited the experimental fields of the Technology Development Center of AgroTerra to see the results of field trials with spring and winter wheat. And at the end of August, the company plans to show the results of field trials with soybeans.

The experts of the Technology Development Center are testing both new crop production technologies and varieties of the company's main crops, such as soybeans, beets, wheat, corn, and sunflower. Every year, AgroTerra agronomists conduct 1400 field trials on small-scale experimental plots and test about 100 varieties and hybrids. Varieties and technologies that prove their effectiveness are replicated in all fields of the company. This practice allows the company to reduce production costs and increase key productivity indicators.

The results of the Center's work are of constant interest to agricultural producers working in the regions of AgroTerra's presence. This is also connected to the fact that the Technology Development Center of AgroTerra is working on zoning of varieties. It allows the company to achieve better yields for each crop in regions with different climates. And AgroTerra is ready to share its expertise and solutions.
