From a difficult sowing period to a difficult harvesting - AgroTerra rounds off the season
The AgroTerra Group completes the 2019-2020 production season. The season proved to be difficult, and not just because of the situation with COVID-19. Nevertheless, AgroTerra exceeded its targets: the company exceeded its overall targets by 14% for all crops. For example, the average protein content of soybean this year has not dropped below 35%. And the average sugar content of sugar beets is around 20%.
Balance between online and offline
At AgroTerra, the readiness of employees to harvest has been traditionally high, despite restrictive measures that have not yet been fully implemented in some regions. The company usually conducts Staff Exercises* to practice innovations before harvesting, but this year we had to look for new formats.
AgroTerra expands the possibilities of its own elevators
The AgroTerra Group carried out a point-by-point upgrade of process equipment at its elevators and updated internal grain transportation routes in Kursk region. The equipment can now be configured to accept and ship grain simultaneously, or to significantly increase the productivity of each process.
