AgroTerra and Sberbank signed a cooperation agreement

The AgroTerra Group of Companies and Sberbank Corporate University signed a cooperation agreement on 10 October. AgroTerra managers will undergo training at the Bank's Corporate University, including a mini-MBA (Master of Business Administration) programme as part of this cooperation; the purpose of this programme is to help managers solve problems arising in the conditions of digital transformation, and to choose the right vector of development for their companies.

‘We have our own corporate Academy. Its main task is industrial training, and we certainly have our own leadership courses. But if we talk about higher levels of programmes such as MBA, such courses are usually booked externally. We have chosen Sberbank's programmes to develop our leaders. Sberbank University is one of the most modern Russian corporate universities. It has excellent facilities, highly qualified teachers, and effective training programmes. At the same time, it has an optimal price/quality ratio. And another important point is that the Corporate University of Sberbank uses different formats of knowledge delivery: there are both face-to-face and distance learning, and work on independent projects, that is, with a sufficiently deep immersion in training, it will be a short break in job duties for our managers, ‘ said Olga Padjeva, Personnel Department Director in the AgroTerra Group of Companies.

The contract was signed at the 21st Golden Autumn agricultural exhibition, which is the main agricultural event in Russia, the largest exposition of achievements of domestic agricultural producers and a meeting place for leading industry specialists, where Sberbank presented its stand dedicated to services for everyday life and business.
